Neighborhood
We're not a big city chain that just dropped in. We live here, we shop here, and we're proud to call Athol home.
A love letter to Athol.
When we were looking for a place to open Seoul Crunch, we looked at a lot of towns. Worcester, Fitchburg, Leominster. But Athol felt different. It has a Main Street that's actually alive. It has history. It has people who care.
We didn't want to be another chain restaurant in a strip mall. We wanted to be a spot where you know the person behind the counter, where the high school football team comes after a win, and where the kitchen staff actually knows your order.
We buy our supplies from local vendors whenever possible. We hire locally. We sponsor the little league. It's not marketing โ it's just being a good neighbor.
Good people we work with.
You can't build a great restaurant alone. These are the local businesses we lean on.
